Cancelations: A four hour notice is required for all cancellations and reschedules. If less than four hours notice is given, 100% of the cost of service(s) booked will be charged. No-Shows: 100% of the cost of service(s) is charged. Appointments made within the four hour period are subject to the same guidelines as stated above. Lateness: I cannot hold your spot for more than 10 minutes after the appointment time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 100% of the cost of service(s).
